And what is the rationale behind abandoning one's favourite to vote another in finals. Will Tobi share the 45m with Alex or will Miracle share the 45m with Nina (he couldn't even give her common teddy bear that he won ).

The rationale behind giving your favourites a decent percentage is to enable them understand that they have people who love and support them both in and outside the house and not making them feel like they have been riding on another housemate's glory. If not for anything, they need that confidence to forge ahead with their endeavours.
