That's a complicated question with an even more complicated answer but I'll attempt it.

Flood is one of the worst forms of damage to vehicles. Especially when it's saltwater ocean flood like from hurricanes, etc.

The damage can depend on the level of the flooding, that's how far up the car the water got, and how long the car was in the water for.

Flood is insidious.

It may seem that a vehicle is in great condition after the damage, it may start, drive and run normally. But then issues start. Short circuits, very idiosyncratic symptoms develop over time. Of course there's the issue of rust with saltwater flooding.

Our people do a lot of crazy stuff: they don’t mopey fake drugs, they manufacture fake malt drinks, they sell one plot of land to 3 people. Who knows why psychopaths do what they do.

Listen, it’s about full disclosure for me. Seller should have declared in his advert that it’s a flooded vehicle with a salvaged non repairable title.

Then prospective buyers would make an informed decision.
