pls doctors in the house, my sister suffers from serious menstrual pain every month , sometimes requiring her to be hospitalised and all along I have been thinking that as soon as she gets married and gets pregnant and is delivered of a baby that d pain will go, but another thought in me also has it that the pain might come back once her menses return. So pls can any person assist me with d true picture of things as I'm really not an authority in this area.

Why u take her to the hospital in the first place? Is she bleeding heavily? Did she faint due pain?


And since u said she was "HOSPITALIZED" .. Why the hell u didnt ask the doctors there for proper medication?

tell her to stop eating or drinking sugary things...

Hospitalised for what? Pain or the menstrual flow?
She might have Secondary Dysmenorrhea.
A gynaecologist would help.

Visit an O&G. It seems to me that it is not unconnected with infection.
The earlier she visits the better.
