No Sir, only the top floor ceiling. The other deckings will be plastered then painted white.

Buying rolls of felt, which we will use as water proofing sealant on the floor of our tank base before placing the plastic tank.

What's your plan for rest of the ceiling? Because from your words you will only cast POP to the top.

The rest of the ceiling are the underneath of a decking slab. We are already plastering them and will later finish with very good screeding, then a brilliant white paint.

Oga, what is the estimate of bulding a 5 story ( consisting of mostly 2 bedrooms flats and then 3 bedroom flat) in this economy now. Will 30 million be able to cover it.

Not even 50million will complete a 5 storey of 12flats even with the tightest budget..... Anyways, 60-65million should do, EXCLUDING land
