How can one tell, if she has hormonal imbalance. A friend has a year old baby and she said she has been trying to conceive since her baby was 9months nd no show, my question after giving birth is there anything a mum should do to prepare herself for another journey, nd what could possibly go wrong?

She might find it difficult to conceive if she is still breastfeeding, same thing happened to me. I tried to conceive when my baby (1yr 2 months) was still breastfeeding, but immediately I stopped breastfeeding then, I was able to take in. Her case might be the same.

Mamas please i need your help. What would you guys consider as normal 'lochia'? I'm 3weeks plus postpartum and at 2weeks i stopped bleeding bright red but by the 3rd week, i noticed bright red blood.

I read that d normal process is bright red, then the yellow thing. I was already seeing that yellow discharge but why bright red all of a sudden again?

Mamas who use ubth please where exactly do they do it,how much is the cost and how stressful is it. Am contemplating either ubth or saint philomena. I just keep him occupied while I do my makeup
Sometimes o let him play with my lipstick cheesy

_{i always regret this cos he ends up ruining my clean sheets}

Sometimes I do my makeup while breastfeeding him. I use pillows to prop his head up to a good position and I continue my make up

My make up skills certainly improved after delivery sha

You can go about it this way.
Make a food timetable of all the food she eats including drinks apart from water.
Watch the day or day after the rashes appear. Now list those particular eaten on that day or 24 hours prior to appearance of the rash. Now you may begin to eliminate the food one by one.

Had same issue, started seeing bright red at around 3rd or 4th week, some people said it was stress induced. It went back to yellow/ brown discharge last week. I am 6 weeks postpartum. Maybe you should see your doctor though.

Going there tomorrow What's the name of the street Biko, and the color of the building if possible. I will be using Google Map, but Google Map seems not to know the place. Can I also give my baby paracetamol before the vaccine?
