Two months ago, I was cooking when a call came in on my phone. I picked and dropped it on the chair beside me when done then turned to pour water into a pot, leaving the drum of water open. As I turned to take a second cup of water, I saw my daughter dropping something into the drum. Suspiciously I peered in only to find my phone sinking fast.

I dived in after it before it hit the bottom and here's what I did:

If your phone falls in water simply put it in garri or rice to drain out the water, I've tried it on my tecno m3 b4 and it worked perfectly fine

Put my tecno inside rice after it fell into water.... To my surprise, it works well the following day!

Uea, rice is also a good remedy in this situation.
