Judging by the disgraceful and shameful call by the MURIC that the Federal Government should discard Jonathan's N100, it has now become clear to Nigerians why the nation's apex bank must have refused to issue new N100 notes to the public. Is Nigeria belonging to Muslims only? How can a group of people deliberately hold a nation to ransom because their man is up there? How will a Naira note cycled from hand to hand for 4 whole years not be as bad as this? Hypocrisy! When has a religious body gotten the duty to start dictating to the Central Bank of Nigeria, (not of one religious group) on how our currency should look? In fact, to the point of issuing commands? Are we not truly in the Animal Farm? I weep for Nigeria. Why not remove ethnicity and religious divides. Now we have a currency, bearing the three major languages, should that be a problem? When has Ajami or Arabic letters become our constitutional substance? Is Hausa the official Nigerian language? I wonder what kind of brain our people have? I don tire o. |

Serves una 'one Nigeria' mofos right! We know the right thing to do that could reset the Nigerian polity back to pre 1966 settings, but we bury our heads in the sand hoping our problems will go away through fasting and prayer, thereby enabling us to compete with the likes of Singapore, South korea and Japan....countries we were either better than in 1960, or neck-and-neck with in development. The Nigeria negotiated by Zik, Awo and the Sadauna in 1960 was the barest minimum sensible 'one Nigerianists' could have offered Mazi Kanu (and i'm sure he could have been convinced to accept this offer by Ndigbo), but instead you cheered on as the Fulani military invaded his home and murdered him and his parents. As things stand now, you all have no choice but to bend over and get royally shafted by these towel heads as they play you moro'ns against each other! |

mrintellectual:The question of what we do was tackled in my initial post. The key thing is to put pressure on these bloody, nuisance 'owners of Nigeria' by supporting IPOB. As much as i personally hate Nigeria, i'm sure people of my leaning are ready to accept a middle-ground of resetting the polity to pre-66 settings (of course with some modifications to reflect present day geo-political realities). Notice how they were panicking and there was talk of restructuring when Mazi Kanu held their feet to the fire. They only feel strong knowing the rest of us can't speak with one voice because of saboteurs and judases among us who are quite prepared to sell their mama just to protect the privileged positions the present status-quo accords on them. |
