Guys, I need your input. Has anyone received a package via Fedex that has its tracking status stuck on "label created".

I just checked my Fedex tracking status for my H1B documents and its showing label created since it was posted. It was an overnight priority shipment.

I have contacted Fedex and they don't have an update on if the package was actually delivered.

Don't be panic it will be updated anytime soon..

Hello,

I went for the interview. It went well, I guess.
I was asked to provide my bank statement. I didn't take it with me.

I want to ask, is it the inflow and outflow or the amount in the account that matters? Thanks!

I replied you pm and i never hear from you again since yesterday

Good morning everyone, I migrated from Canadian student visa thread on here after denial and ever since I have been a silent follower. I had my interview today at Lagos embassy for 6:30 but unfortunately i was delayed. Here goes my transcript below for your input because i plan to re-apply soon.

Me: Good morning
Vo: no reply (passport and I20)
Vo: Where will you be going in the USA
Me: Lincoln university at Oakland in California
Vo: Where will you be staying
Me: Lincoln offered me a list of hostels so I could choose my preference once I get the visa
Vo: I meant what will you be studying (don’t know how I didn’t hear her)
Me: Oh, sorry. I will be studying International business
Vo: What’s your highest form of certification
Me: Bsc
Vo: What course?
Me: Accounting
Vo: So why the change to international business
Me: [s] it’s not really a change, there’s no business without accounting and no accounting without business. [/s] I’m presently employed by my mums company that deals with import and export of fabrics and home decoration. So this course will enable me become certified professionally when it’s time to relieve her off her duties
Vo: keeps typing for long, how many schools did u apply to?
Me: Just one
Vo: Why?
Me: [s] When I spoke to my cousin and best friend [/s] about my plans of going for masters, they referred Lincoln to me with great testimonials. However I realised that [s] Lincoln offers me all the courses needed for the program which aligns well with my career goals so I narrowed my search to Lincoln only [/s]
Vo: Did you apply to any other school outside the USA!
Me: No
Vo: I mean outside the USA (looking to confirm from her system)
Me: [s] Oh, yes. (Thinking maybe she saw something about Canada or so) I guess I fell for psychology here) [/s]
Vo: What country/ school
Me: Canada/Seneca college. Before I could say it was 2017
Vo: cuts in...Have you travelled outside Nigeria before?
Me:Yes
Vo: To?
Me: Uk
Vo: Are you married?
Me: No
Vo: Engaged?
Me: No
Vo: who is sponsoring your education?
Me: My mum
Vo: Naso she just dey talk gibberish

I had my hands in my mouth.. I was confident but I don’t know what went wrong, I was the first to be interviewed by a black non smiling big woman

After reading your transcript, I think you gave the VO a very easy decision to make. You chose only ONE school in the whole country, and your reason for choosing the school wasn't that convincing. If Family/friends over here have a very big influence on your decision to travel, it triggers the "intending immigrant" bells in a VO's head.

They told you to pick just one school, and the reason is because the school has all the courses that will help with your career goalS which you already said was taking over your mom's business. All the schools in the US have "courses that help career goals", your answers seemed rehearsed.

In addition, unmarried, not engaged, etc. gave the impression you have no strong ties in Nigeria. I don't know if she could have seen that you applied to other schools outside the US and hooked you for that too. All in all, I'd say you were not prepared for that interview.

Being a non smiling black big woman has nothing to do with her being professional. She did her job, you were not well prepared.

If you intend to reapply, please correct your mistakes. Be better prepared and avoid answers that give the impression you rehearsed what to say. I'm sorry you didn't get it this time, I hope it works out for you next time.

1. What can you say if asked... first option: the truth, second option: the truth, or just say the truth. Lol, on a lighter note, you can say you've been volunteering anywhere or getting set for grad school. Lying could complicate your interview. Don't tell a big lie you wouldn't be able to back up.

2. These people don't worry much about these things. They have better things to talk about than NYSC's incompetence. Again, if they ask, just say the truth. Keep your answers short and straight to the point. If you're not asked for more info, don't give more info.

Good luck sir!

I greet the house..
I need really advise....oooo
I was refused visa with a community college summer 2018, I had to defer the admission.
I posted my transcript here:
The vo ask this questions according towards the end of the interview..
-do you write any standardize test
-have you travel before
-are you married
And the answer to the above questions is NO

I had to defer the admission to fall 2018 and to a university, and also taking Sat and toefl,I received my i-20 already and I have successful transfer my Sevis fee to the new i-20.
My questions now is that
1. We i have to fill a new ds160?
If YES.
After filling it,will I link it to the old one?

2. What will be the best answer to write in as reason for my first delay?

Thanks

What's the Community college name?

That very odd for FedEx to say they don't have an update . If they don't know who else will know .nobody

I had a package with label created before and was told it just means the sender has sent info to the shipper that a package is to be shipped (with online account now. Any sender can go online and create the label to ship ) but it has not been physically dropped at FedEx....
the minute it dropped , it scanned at fedex and then you start seeing the tracking /movement of the package. In my case, the label was created for like 2 days until it was dropped at FedEx and I started seeing the movement details . Yours might be different but that was my experience

Phew! I just confirmed it was delivered April 2. It's a glitch on Fedex' s system.

Hello house , PLEASE THIS IS WHAT I GOT FROM ONE OF THE UNIVERSITIES THAT I APPLIED TO.
PLEASE WHAT CAN I DO NOW .
HOUSE KINDLY ADVISE ME??
SHOULD I GO REWRITE THE ENGLISH TESTS??
MY SCORE WAS S L W R : 8 7 7 5,AND THE SCHOOL SAYS NO COMPONENTS SHOULD BE BELOW 6.

The email below was sent to me by The school?? DOES THIS SYNONYMOUSLY MEAN THAT IF I CAN GET THE ENGLISH REQUIREMENTS,I HAVE AUTOMATICALLY GOTTEN THE ADMISSION?
HOUSE PLS HELP.

Dear O

Thank you for your interest in the PhD program. Your Fall 2018 application has been reviewed and is considered ineligible at this time because you did not meet one or more of our admission requirements.

International students must meet University minimums on English Proficiency to be considered for admission. If your score is below the minimum, we encourage you to retake the test. Once you meet the University minimum we will reconsider your application for admission. Please email us if you have uploaded a new score.

Please check the requirements for admission here.

If at any time you would no longer like to be considered for admission, please email us to withdraw your application.

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.

Best Regards,

Retake the exam asap and send /upload your score. A Phd degree will not accept anything less than band 6 in any sub skills. You are lucky. Competitive schools will require band 7 or 7.5 especially if you are looking for assistantship as a graduate.

Sorry for the denial. First, your answer to where you intend to stay was not convincing. You should have just mentioned one of the hostels owned by the school and that someone from the school will be waiting for your arrival at the airport so as to direct you to your hostel.

You studied for a Bachelor of Accountancy (B.Acc.), not a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.).
Never argue with a VO like you did in response to the change in career question. Say something like;
"In my place of work as at present, I need a degree in International Business so as to take up the position of the International Business Personnel and this will be a groundbreaking achievement in my career". Mentioning a relation as the owner of the company where you work will only show favouritism, never mention such in the discussion unless you're asked.
You should have said yes to the question of applying to another school while mentioning the year as well. Don't be arrogant by saying the VO said gibberish. lipsrsealed
Pleeeease, apply to at least three schools, write the standardised tests (TOEFL and GRE) and study for the tests aiming at high scores whether the schools require them or not. These are some of the major ways of convincing the VO that you're a genuine and serious student. Blessings!

365 been if you did Sevis on May 1st 2018 it will expire April 31st 2019 . ......so calculate it like that. Check when you paid , subtract one day and change the year to d date . That the expiry date when your next interview must take place before or you pay again

Thanks for the info I'm really grateful

Hi people,
I got an MA admission for the fall to a top uni in DC. My school requires economics in the last one year and proficiency in French or another foreign language like German, Chinese. To this effect, I am to enroll in an online course with their school of economics on a one month refresher course plus exams. I'm also to write a French proficiency exam in my first year.
Do I still need to write GRE or so for the purpose of the interview?
I wrote the GMAT last year but my score was not high and it wasnt required for my course so I didn't use it for my application.
Advice place.

Cheers
