You must deposit €9,000 before you apply for German students visa.
That's their law.
I can't afford that so I am looking for some countries with cheap tuitions.

I sincerely doubt it. A million naira is less than €2300.

That is Germany for you and before going to waste your time in their embassy you must deposit 9k euro or else you are wasting your time.

Getting admission into any school in any country isn't the issue.
The issue is the embassy law and German schools are free or cheap.
But you need to deposit 9k euro in Germany first before applying for the study visa.

Why not add some of these countries to your list: Estonia, Finland, Poland, Czech republic, Hungary and Turkey.

Estonia: This country offers education with little or no tuition fee. I know some of you will ask "no tuition fee?". There are many programs offered by Estonian universities that have tuition waiver. And if you don't get tuition waiver, the tuition fee ranges between €2,400 to €4000 per year.

Finland: Even though Finland no longer offers tuition free education, you can get up to 100% scholarship plus stipend if you have a satisfaction academic qualifications.

Poland: A very peaceful country with affordable tuition fee. You can get university in Poland for as low as €2,000 per academic year.

Czech Republic: This country also offers one of the lowest tuition fee in Europe.

Hungary: Same as Poland.

Turkey: Some universities in Turkey offers affordable tuition fee.

Please note that the countries mentioned above offers their programs in English and you do NOT need to start a language course before you begin your studies.

Please what's menial job prospect in this country especially in Poland and their pay per hour.

German course depends on the type of program you want to use it for.
They have A1 in German language = 3months
A2 = 3months.
Depends on what you want to use it for.
Google Goethe institute Lagos or Goethe institute Nigeria then you Can Decide on what to do..

Let me enlighten you about admission into Germany.
Before you start with anything you better know that getting admission into any German university is very easy but d problem is getting the German student visa.
German embassy will ask you to deposit £9,000 into a bank in Germany before they will issue u visa.
If you going to Germany for studying you can run the German course for at least 3--6months which is compulsory bt it might not be really compulsory because if you get to Germany you can as well start with the course from scratch their but the main koko there is the £9,000 .
If you don't deposit it in Germany before going to embassy then forget about the visa.
This is why I canceled my German admission and am Looking for anything cheap in France for a msc program...
