You can still dream, you can still be hopeful. However, if you received no mail about invitation to OPQ stage, it's likely it might never come.

For Interview Invites, since OPQ ends today and the vendor needs to get back to HC, then it's only natural that Thursday and Friday would be the day of reckoning.

Interviews could start on Monday or the team might wait until Wednesday, after Worker's day break. The interview invites would also follow alphabetical order on first name basis, based on historical data.

For me, I'm not even in the category of fearing failing OPQ. Did my research, did practice tests and basically prepared my mind.

I already started interview prep since. Of all the stages, opening the mail for the final shortlist of new associates is the only thing I feel would be hard for me.

Everyone is different.

My only headache is when I look at the mirror during preps I start laughing. I already wrote down answers to some likely questions (though I would try to be spontaneous) but when I sit down to watch my mouth move or look at myself through the mirror, I laugh till I sleep off...
