I successfully uploaded my wife's passport but the ID card upload is not going through.

In addition, can she upload & use her National Identity Card paper Slip since this is the only one that bears her new name (she had a formal and legal change of name after we got married). Her other ID card (e.g. Voters card, carries her former name before she got married).

I'm using Firefox. I've not uploaded anything and it's showing the gibberish above

I have used chrome, Firefox, uc browser but I kept on getting error something went wrong.
Seems npower site is selecting phones that access their site. imagine since yesterday

Npowerng what does this mean? I am very sure of choosing a device when I was doing my registration.
Does this means I wont be able to get a device when it is time for collection?
Secondly, how do I upload my picture.
Mine is showing payroll exempt. .It means what pls?

I think that is applicable to everyone for now. Relax for now and wait for modifications or response from those in charge.

Going by the complaints of those that have successfully logged into their accounts, majority seems to have 'payroll exempt' on their accounts, as well as device collection issue, which on most accounts was displayed that devices have been collected since last year February. Some people also have bank account number issues.

There are so many issues at the moment, just hope they get resolved sooner.

After login into my dashboard i noticed the following:

1. Passport photo displaying but the ID i uploaded is no where to be found (i refreshed, change to another browser) but to no avail and no link to upload again the ID again.

2. Payroll _Exempt (don't know what this means yet)

3. No device selection ( i selected Samsung tablet during the registration) i don't understand why

4. First two digits of the Account number is missing
