please...I have been able to get the code but my passport is not uploading...now I opened my profile and I can't find how to edit it...I couldn't upload my passport and Id card

thank you npower for sending the OTP via mail, after the successful uploading of ma passport and ID I noticed that in ma profile it was stated that I've collected my device since February 2017 at Ijebu Ode I can't understand this Sir pls rectify this ASAP

for those of you having issues with logging in your generated OTP, this is the best way out; kindly use a diffrent phone browser (differnt frm d one u av ur activation sim) open d npower site, once it opens dial d *347*5*88# and input d OTP immediately. I and my guyz av jst done dt. Goodluck

We are in same condition oooo. My account number is incomplete; like they knowingly omitted the first number and my device too shows that I received it since 2017 February. Finally, the payroll exempt is written there too. Help!!!!!!

even with OTP number it refuse to login, it always show error OTP validation/ dismiss, what can be the problem now

you need to generate new otp using the code provided on the page
note: OTP doesn't last up to 10 minutes before it expires this means you have to use one OTP within 10 minutes

I was able to log in through another browser, I check the dashboard, everything looks ok except for the device collection, it's say there that o have pic up my device with dates of collection and pic up center!!!
