Don't be disappointed. Even though Mynd44 might be myopic in some of his posts but the fact remains that a councillor is a law-maker (making bye laws) at local government level and he or she has no financial power being a non executive officer of the local government. He or she will only receive monthly salary and allowances.

Like if you think it is one of the functions of a councillor to carry out projects in his/ her ward. Share if you think otherwise.

Seriously Nigeria need more than prayer...

Since Nigeria has been praying what has changed?

No, Nigeria needs less prayers.

God won't come down from heaven to do what he has given us hands and brains to do.

I think we shouldn't castigate this man too much. Who among other over 300 councillors in the state has commission a bucket of water?

I can assure you that the United States of America wasn't developed by prayer.

It was built by a hardworking and visionary people.

Nigerians are far from being hardworking or visionary.
