mmmn,, maybe we should get the full story, i guess, the guy must have replaced missing louvers all over the whole school and they just stay at one for picture and commissioning. while some may consider this a cheap publicity, this kind of information serves as reminder to people who may have never be to their alma mata since they left the school. |

I don't think any sensible being can come and commission ordinary luvers window. and u expect us to applaud him for such. may be he renovated the healthcare building. but all the sane he tried. maybe next month he will commission renovated school building Roof. because here in IMO state the primary school building close to my house nearly kill one of their student due to poor and damaged roof . |
