Rotech.

This is just medium budget project for commercial use

We completed this kitchen few days ago.
Materials

*HDF board
*Nigeria wall and floor tiles
*Pure German stainless sink.
*Japanese made gas cooker unit.

Temporary plastic tap.....just for testing

Yes haji, we are trying to show here that white door can fit in building entrance in Nigeria and well maintain too.
After installation, I will post the pics here.

Another just concluded white doors for nairalander.

Materials
*hard wood
*8mm imported glass.
The wood is well seasoned before we did the final finishings on it.

Bros your tile selection impress me. I like this front door tile and that sitting tile. Simple tiles. Are they both Nigerian tiles and pocket friendly?

Yes both are Nigerian made tiles.
1500 and 2500 per meter square

Thank you all for your time on our thread, we resumed here few days ago.
We are continue on the duplex area, as I said from the beginning the project is medium class

Budget for the duplex is 17million from foundation to the finishing level
this includes.
*cost of materials
*cost of labour.
