For FM radio, the hardware is what determines whether it is supported.

Most phones have the capability of FM radio reception in their chipsets, however more and more manufactures disable this feature (at the request/pressure from carriers and other companies) to encourage people to use online streaming services, that in turn generate revenue for carriers through mobile data use, and companies for purchase of their software.
For example, samsung S Series. Radio only works on sprint edition and doesnt work for other carriers, yet they carry same chips. What may be donein that situation 'll be to get the libs for that edition and get the drivers and flash. Otherwise, NextRadio is a good alternative. Detects whether chip supports it or not and works as a radio if the first case ticks.

I use the radio on Kodi. Got some local stations and many foreign ones.

Hello guys pls i need ur help on an urgent matter water entered my xiaomi redmi 5a prime tru d speaker nd charging port d speaker sounds funny bt later on it worked well my problem is with d charging port it doesn't charge unless i switched it off nd its been like 4 days now ve tried drying it tho d back cover is irremovable pls any idea aw i can get it working back? Before I say jack, did you give the phone the rice therapy?

Like did you completely switch off and bury the phone in raw uncooked rice for 24hours soon after water entered it?
That's one of the best ways of removing water from a wet phone.

That's how I go and triple tap on MIUI version under setting and my phone subsequently would tell me "No need, you are already a developer" whenever I tap on it again.
Egbami oooo! What have I done? Do I need to undo it? What's the implication?

Nothing will happen to your device, all you did was activate the developer options.

You've removed your TP, believing you had one installed?
All ya need do is order for another LCD+digitiser (1unit) from AliExpress or through Noobody, protein0 or holuwaxheun. Give the unit + phone to phone technician to replace or DIY if you can.
Cost will depend on medium of getting (AliExpress or our touts)
