No sir, you need to unlock your bootloader by applying for permission here http://en.miui.com/unlock/

Only then will you be able to move over to global rom.

We Meet as per arrangements, today made it 7th working day,
I ordered Redmi Note 5 (China)

Kudo keep it up..

I paid for ~~Gold~~ 3/32 @ 76k , but I received black undecided

I will manage it like that grin

Mini Review:
Phone is super responsive, Maybe Chinese ROM
Apps install very fast,
Xender transferred at 8MB/s, I usually see below 5MB/s on other devices

Display: very close to AMOLED display, 18.9 make a lot of sense, sharp and brighter than Mi note 3

Camera:
Back, very close to Mi note, but it had more saturation
Front facing bokeh, is out of this world with great edge effect and background blur, coupled with front LED

If you must by a new phone this time, just buy Note 5 pro.. A word is enough for the wise..

Phone delivered to the primary owner peace...
