i subscribed to the airtel whatsapp plan and it expired today.

The thing is that they didn't tell me anything about auto renewal. I didn't even notice that my last remaining 100 Naira had been deducted until I tried making a call and I heard that I do not have enough airtime....

I've tried googling the code for opting out of the plan but I can't find it...

Someone should please help me.... I don't like this. I prefer subbing at my own convenience.

I need the code for opting out of the whatsapp plan without it affecting my monthly data which is already in place.

I also need an auto renewal disabling code.
