The one finding them guilty now is US embassy/government. Releasing Dokpesi name as a looter shouldn't make any difference to being charged to court as a looter, remember that he's already been charged to court over corruption.

And that tyrant thing is becoming boring. If have a real tyrant as a president, you wouldn't even be here posting. Looters wouldn't be going to court to demand for damages.

Problem with most of u guys is that you like playing the ostrich and making lame excuses.
Do you know what it means for the Federal Govt to label someone a looter? Do you know the implications and ripple effects on the person's businesses and social life.
The executive arm of Govt does not on its own have the legal right to tag someone a criminal. It is only the Judiciary through the Courts can make such pronouncements.
Why is this so difficult for u people to understand?

Everyone have a right that must be protected at all times if the Govt,its agencies go against the provisions of d costitution it becomes iligal.
No one is saying Dokpesi is not a looter but Convict him through the right channels. We are not animals for God's sake.

It's not a loophole just like people like you complain about assault and maltreatment from SARs and police.
It's the same thing, u complain because u feel u have been denied ur rights under the law. Just like a landlord will not wake up in the morning and throw his tenant out of the house. Buhari is president today bcoz he met the constitutional requirements to be president even if people make think otherwise.
You can't keep the things u think favours u in the constitution and throw away the ones u think u don't like.
This is not difficult to understand. Even a convicted criminal have his rights.
