The one finding them guilty now is US embassy/government. Releasing Dokpesi name as a looter shouldn't make any difference to being charged to court as a looter, remember that he's already been charged to court over corruption.

Thank you brother. But it is just a pity to see the youth whose future has been looted dry still defending and hailing them! Many of them here are still undergraduates, don't know the kind of bleak future awaiting them after graduation as a result of the action of these looters.
