On Wednesday 4th of April 2018 I was called vie Phone by a Customer Care personal form Warri District Office, thereafter We meet at He inquired Concerning the email I send to Head Office which after Due investigation and He Said that I should come to the District Office by 1pm on that Day.
I went there about 2pm, he then introduce me to another Customer Care Personal who interrogated me and I give him the details of the Problem, he then show me to the Branch Manager which said has far the Matter has gone to Head office We should Settle the issue and both parties will be happy and He (Branch Manager) excuse us for other assignment.
The Customer Care Personal now said that I should put it into writing concerning the Issue which I did to Him.
After a while he now called a colleague of his and said that from the Inquiry he got from me I was Disconnected from Power June 2016 and my last payment was July 2016 and he then have a discussion on with his Colleague and said I can’t have pre-paid Meter for now due to was on ground and I will paid One Hundred and Sixty Thousand Naira (#160,000) to Offset the Analogue Meter Due to Old age and Apply for Pre-Paid Meter.
But I said that I could only Afford Paid One Hundred Naira for both Offsetting of the Meter and Applying for Pre-paid, He Declined.
For Past 3years now the said Flat is not Having Power.
Even up till i don't have power and nothing is been done by the authority.
