Why does our government routinely enter into agreements at the tail end of their respective tenures, that can very well be undone by the next government. They low-key believe they will hold the assumption that they will always get 8 years, so they do these things, and don't have follow-through when they get what they want, which is 8 years in government. This has all the makings of something significant, but we have seen this movie before. I, for one, am not moved. Until I see trains and rail tracks, this might as well be Newton's laws of motion. ]

Yes of course we know that the media didn't report all this high sounding and bogus projects and agreements. It is really not their fault, you know under PMB's administration all their projects are always too big to see or report and they are usually executed by ghost contractors and dead men visible to only Lai Mohammed, Amaechi and BMC guys and also the projects are usually located in Nigeria's spiritual country not the physical country.
That is the reason why millions of youths don't have jobs or participate in this spiritual project, the recruitment is usually limited to ghosts contractors and employees.
