All the service providers in Nigeria are shit! Had to even stop using Glo on my TECNO K7

I dont really think it will be refunded coz i was once in your shoes.
They told me i have to send stopautorenew while the subscription is still on, not when the data bundle has finished

Exact response they gave to me. I've stopped recharging my glo. In fact it's jus like a back up phone book cos the sim contains more numbers than my mtn. They will never refund never.

Same thing happened to me, i loaded 1k sup scribe for data dey remove 1k no data after many calls they said they will refund it omo oyo its been a month now, i told them if they dont refund it i wont load my glo card any more, its been 1 month now i dont even think of putting 50naira inside useless people

Isn't there a way we can put a stop to their free robbery? They don't do it on those who won't know even know their credit is stolen, they do it on those they believe ain't powerful to take meaningful action against them

Lol, am okay with their 4g service so i have no choice .
Just learnt my lesson.
