Just stop the biasness,the constitution is very clear about this issue.No one can suspend a duely elected senator...
We should try and read properly to be well informed that is what will help us to make progress in this country.

There are thousands of wrongly convicted individuals cooling off in prisons around the country, many due to lack or ineffective counsel; that does not mean that their convictions were justified or that, another wrongfully convicted individual can not challenge their own conviction.

The Appeal court have long ruled that, the Senate and the House does not have the powers to suspend their colleagues, that by doing so; they are infringing on the democratic rights of the constituents that are been represented. There are many ways the Senate and the House can discipline erring colleagues without depriving certain senatorial districts in Nigeria of their rights of been fully represented and heard in the Senate.
