Please how long will it take for her to file for me if she succeeds and lands in Canada next year while I work and increase our capital here in 9ja.

To start with nice work on your IELTS but the 6.5 in writing means you loose about 45points on the CRS calculator.

Would be good if you go for a reevaluation of your writing hoping for a 0.5 increase.

Please download, fill and send back to your school so that it can be included in the transcript before sending to WES or else it wont be treated, if your school has sent your transcript to wes already, scan the form and fax to them via hellofax. all the best

I read on this thread that using ican won't favour me because it will be seen as a two year equivalent degree in Canada. However, someone who is already in Canada via PR told me she understands that using ican and your university degree will be seen as having two bachelor degrees by WES. Pls is this true? Should I send my ICAN and my degree certificate? Or I should just send my degree certificate alone?

But why would you want to go ahead with such a complicated process; putting someone's money in your company account first. You trust CEO and accountant but is that not how someone has trusted you and wants to transfer 3.5 million yet you are contemplating placing it somewhere "safe" first. Why not minimize risk and just do the deed gift with the funds safely tucked in your account?

Gift deed has worked here and we know it. Please weigh this your LOE tale by your employer side by side a deed gift then make your choice.

It isn't necessary. I just completed mine with him and I didn't have to appear for him to complete the process. Just explain well for him. Sometimes he is too impatient to listen.

Okay, lemme come out clean, the company is a family company, and I'm one of the Directors, and I have access to the account. The 3.5m is also my money, I'm not returning it.

If the company want to gift you the 3.5 then that's fine. But if u want to go into the purse and help yourself to it then I don't think u should be telling us. We can't and won't give u advice to do anything that is illegal.
Company money isn't ur money.....

I think the person should send to you directly and then you do the Gift deed, it’s less complicated that way. A lot of people have gone the Gift deed route and they have gotten PPR.

You are getting me wrong. Firstly, I'm trying to play safe by not saying self-employed, all the documents that would be attached is a long thing. So, I'm saying if someone pays into my company account, and I have that money transferred into my own personal account after some days, as accumulated salary and benefits, would that be good? It's nothing fraudulent, I just feel it'll be absurd for someone working for over 3 years to have the whole PoF as gift from someone.

Better still, can my company pay me accumulated salary and bonuses in bulk? Would that work? Or am I going to upload the company's bank statement?

My misunderstanding of the situation shows you that it would be hard to fly with a VO. I think it is more absurd to say u are just getting paid after 3years of working.
So I guess it would be better to transfer the money to a close relative or parent and have the person do a gift deed after transferring it back to you.

I submitted an EOR on April 23rd but didn't receive any acknowledgement till today. Just wondering

Hi, I see you are abit confused, am no guru on this but I can remember this was discussed severally in part 3 of this thread, ATS was seen to get favorable evaluation for use in two or more certificates, but ICAN doesn't due to new syllabus or something like that. Please check out happytbaby's posts and part 3 thread as a whole, therein lies the answer you seek. As for statement of result, it's a yes, I used same. As for transcript, it should be addressed to WES. Happy sunday .

I applied for EOR in February and I never got an acknowledgement mail. I was only given a receipt on the day I applied.
