If you are the client or an architect for this beautiful building? What would be your choice of finishing materials? Be detailed enough, textures, colour, etc. Don't spoil the building with ugly finishes o. Finishes either brings out the glory or covers the glory of a building. A very good floor plan design with poor finishing will look ugly. Often times, when sighted, the beauty of the floor plan is often ignored because of the terrible look. Don't let that be your building. Sometimes, even with the creative combination of regular paint finishes... You can achieve a beautiful level of finishing. Indeed good finishes are mostly costly and at the same time, poor finishes could be costly too. Why not just get a professional to handle your building projects instead of telling baba lookman to supply you green roof with red emulsion paint for your exterior.
