PUBG got 10million downloads in less than a week so its nothing
Truth is there's probably less than 1/10 of those one million still playing MCV or SGL, all the youtubers i know dumped the game, some gave reasons for it, some just didnt make vids and no one is missing it

Just a guess but i think its gonna be hard finding a current youtube video on those game cos i cant remember last time i saw one except by gameloft channel
