If we make him the IGP today 100 percent chances are he will fellow the current IGP legacy. All he needs to do is to institutionalise his acts and multiply his efforts bý mentoring. This is where we miss it in Africa. When you strive to reproduce many Abba Kyaris it will become impossible to truncate.
