Wow, I admire your tenacity. What did you use as explanation/reasons for the previous visa denials. I seriously need this as I have been denied UK and US visiting visa too.
Oshey9999:

As said by other, I will say there is 100% chance of getting TRV approved after past record of refusals. I was refused Czech study visa and twice USA F1 visa all happened last year. And yesterday my TRV was approved. Thus, don't be discouraged because every country applies their immigration laws in different ways.

Good luck.

More often than not.

For most first time applicants, they mostly submit SOP which will include the reason for going to Canada for study, the choice of course, what they stand to gain at the end of the programme and how they plan to re-integrate when they get back to Nigeria after their program to promote Nigeria generally.

For individuals reapplying, they tend to submit both. SOP covers all that i explained above while their LOE might want to focus more on addressing the reason for disapproval of previous application.

Btw, i stand to be corrected.

I beg to differ. That isn't true information. You can apply for your study permit and spouse open work permit and trv for children at same time. Pls more experienced people should talk on this.
Which part don't you agree with? In the case of the children the applicant can only apply for trv for them if they fall within the age limit for free basic education in Canada but if they are above such age then you will have to apply for visiting for them. Regarding the spouse, you can only apply for spousal when your trv is secured.

They are the same thing. A spade by any other name is still a spade. Don’t let anyone cloud your vision that SOP is used for first time applicants and LOE added on reapplication for explaining refusal. If you are reapplying, the most effective thing you can do for yourself is write a fresh SOP effectively rebutting grounds used against you for denial, while covering all other grounds. I am tired of seeing people presenting the same arguments on reapplication and the VO writing that the applicant did nothing to address previous grounds for denial. Regurgitating past arguments on reapplication is not in your best interest. If it’s didnt work out first time, why would you want to regurgitate it? Write fresh SOP from a new perspective, adding new voice based on why VO should reconsider previous denial. Anyone who got their TRV by submitting an LOE and SOP at the same time, it’s because the VO let it pass. But I can tell you it’s not the ideal submission. What is ideal is to write one statement and address all grounds, not regurgitating past arguments in a SOP that didn’t work and adding an LOE at the same time. Choose only one and stick to making your points on a concise, short and straight to the point manner.

Payment proof not required. Get a letter from the person providing you accommodation and upload it. It will help reduce the amount you have to prove to the VO that you have to cater for you education.
