first of all he needs to get an FCMB MasterCard so he could spend upto 5k dollars anywhere he wants then he should visit certified tourist sites to see where that amount can comfortably carry him to.

It depends on what you want for yourself


If you are business savvy, you can try to raise extra money plus that N1.3m, and move to another African country to start business.

I will suggest in that person's case, a west African country, where you can easily get permit, and stamp your passport, and probably travel by road to save costs.


If you are good in business, that amount of money will set you a good business in say CIV or Senegal for example
