mtk has alwys been about matching cpu performance wen compared to oda platform (snapdragon i see u)...na dia GPU performance need divine attention n fortification....
Beside speed test aint dt significant much wen it come to purchasing alternative...

Use the Oppo for 6 months and re do the test. Mtk chips tend to get shower with usage. This is something I have noticed.

ur observation is unorthodox..... Every goddamn chip aint immune to tear n wear... Afta installin apps on a fone sef... Antutu/geekbench score will take a hit... Including d much coveted snap cpus
Na all around package jus make snapdragon soc attractive n stand out

After over 3-Wks with The Redmi Note 5, the only thing I can tell you is to give @Noobody (He's my trusted & confirmed expert partner here) or any other expert you're comfortable with here, an urgent call & cash to get you yours ASAP.

RN5 is definitely worth upgrading to over RN4 & capable enough to fulfill all your daily normal needs from a mobile phone. D margin btw RN5 and those flagships isn't wide enough to justify the extra cost you'd be reqd to pay for it.

Hi guys, am still rocking my RN4 phone. I want to know the options that can only display 3G & 4G. The last time I set the phone to that option it migrated itself to EDGE. I hate seeing E display on my phone. Slow like snail the younger brother of tortoise
