Well, you should have included them in your personal history even though they were ongoing as at the time you applied. Personally, I don't think they are material omissions. It may have been seen as misrepresentation if it were not a distance learning course and would have required a PCC. You may choose to leave the information or update your application with evidence of award showing the date your certificates or result were awarded. I really don't think it's something to worry about too much. Seniors in the house may have something to add.

It's fine. What I meant is whether they test both eyes together or they isolate each eye and test. If they don't isolate my other eye is 100% so it won't be a problem.

Hello house, please my court wedding certificate was badly damaged by water but the one that has my church logo is still in tact.
How do I replace the one registered with a marriage registry considering the fact the registry is in Enugu and I am in Lagos.Or must I visit the same registry to have it replaced?
Will CIC accept the wedding certificate from the church alone??

Thank you for your anticipated response.

"Ghost update" is when u log in to your account and see "updated" in d status column instead of "submitted", with no actual "update" in your account when you click on d status of application. Usually changes back to "submitted" once u log out and log in again. You won't get any mail for a "ghost update".

If you go and Bros goes too, who will make Nigeria better. Please pity this country and not fleece it now, using you as the reference point, your brother is another good gentleman leaving the shores of this country.

CONGRATULATIONS

If we check well, you might be the last woman standing (in Nigeria) from your family tongue. Some are even carrying their MDs along with them to Canada grin

I’m just happy I applied on time
They are animals
I just wish I had applied earlier

Take it easy dear. But I cannot guarantee that Canada is the only route out because Humans are the same everywhere. Do a sincere audit of your character to be sure you aren't the problem. My one kobo advice. I wish you God's speed on your application.

you maybe a newbie but @deesmama, you made sense.

I never factored in that line of thought at the bold above and its positive consequence on a likely reduction in cutoff.

God bless you real good and we will clinch ITA with our 441. grin

For those of you that have done medicals. Did they check each eye separately? What if someone is blind in one eye

Does the ailing eye hamper your efficiency or productivity at the work place?

That not withstanding, I do not think this will be a material issue for you though. I am yet to see it anywhere on the CIC website or beyond where eye defect is considered to render an applicant inadmissible.

The issue is not the people
The issue is mobility
I’m in Dubai and it’s hard to move around
If I was in Canada I would have changed employers since but here it’s like I’m at their mercy then the burden of having to proof your 30x better than the average Oyibo can be daunting
And yes I checked myself
However my behaviour was in response to condescending behaviours

Finally my verification mail has arrived after 3weeks of waiting and emailing WES. Apparently I didn't submit my certificate. Well, done that.
Off to school tomorrow for the verification process. Yeah. Small steps. Thank you Lord.

There is a first time for everything. No one told me about the CRS tool which i just used. Chill.

I asked a question any new person without knowledge would ask. I've been on several threads here proffering solutions to every day problems, so don't tell me anything about 'mapping everything out'. I just needed the question answered, and I've gotten the answer already.

And you also came prepared to fight too... lmao

Thank you. Sometimes (Most times) we just need someone to tell you its alright to calm down the tension. Waiting for the Finale of this application is not easy at all. At times, ones mind will be running riot thinking why its taking so long. If there is any error or issues etc. Patience is really a Virtue.

Kind regards

Hi Uche,
in addition to what others have said, you might want to search the threads for anyone who has processed a transcript from your school and then PM that person for contacts in your school registry.
This is usually the difference between a fast, painless ECA processing and a long terrible hair-pulling experience.
There are also schools who get good experiences with transcript processing via ETX, check if your school is among them, it might save you the travelling and logistics.
You might also drop the name of the school and someone with a good memory might point you to the appropriate moniker.
Finally, and most importantly, for lawyers, its IQAS and not WES O! WES will evaluate your law degree as Barchelors.
The resident legal guru in the house is @Ethelia, click on her profile and go and read up all her posts.

Thanks. Was it a chart you were told to read from? and how did you cover your eye?

Guitarlife:

The eye test that I did , I reckon one could get away with pretending to shut the other eye, am not suggesting anything. I am just trying to let you know that if you could avoid raising any attention with regards to your eye it might be better.

I wish you all the best . Maybe someone with a more definitive answer would weigh in on this.
Re: Canadian Express Entry/Federal Skilled Workers Program- Connect Here Part 4 by ploff: 6:43pm On May 15, 2018
It does not affect me in anyway. i live my life normally and even drive. if i dont tell you about it you wont even know.
