I don't think Nigeria have the kind of intelligence to pull this stunt, I mean we have seen a lot of cases in court without any solid proof.

All they do is arrest and no solid evidence to convict this guys, that's why you see them running from pillar to post with no big name to convict.

I don't know how it goes over there but I do watch foreign movies, especially the American movies and I see how these guys gather information about someone and get solid evidence to nail them down.

In Nigeria here, all they do is arrest, charge you to court and when there is no evidence, the court will grant them bail.
