You have heard and read many complaints as regards orders from Jumia, this can only happen with someone who has account with Jumia. Many if not all of my customers habe Jumia account but they choose to make their orders through me to avoid stories that touch the heart. I am not saying issues will occur if you try it yourself, but it is safer with me. There are so mamy things people order that they shouldn't have ordered and it causes issue, many will not know, but a sales consultant knows many if not all. I am mot for those who don't have Jumia account alone but for everyone.

A Lagos-based man is furious at Jumia e-commerce company over a fake phone that was sold to him as a Samsung phone from the official Jumia website.
Okoye Stanley said he bought a supposed “Samsung Galaxy A7 (2016)” with order number 372911546-9953 and IMEI 355010/07/858351/7 on March 1st 2018. Shortly after the phone arrived, it became partially blind such that he took it to a Samsung office for repair under warranty but he made a shocking discovery: the “Samsung” phone he paid for is actually a fake phone. He said he was not able to get a response from Jumia after contacting them on several platforms.

There's nothing like loosing your money on Jumia. If your product is not delivered as specified just call and return, your money will be refunded. I've done this alot of times but for the Gionee X1s, trust me you'll get it as specified.

Upon all the security risk, you still buy used phones? Do you know how many people find themselves in Police nets by buying phones gotten from armed robbery and kidnapped victims. Some were even dashed such phones (especially girls) only to find themselves in trouble. A word is enough for the wise

I said it somewhere that there are many Samsung device on Jumia without warranty, we have different vendors on Jumia and i as a person cannot get the item through order number, i need the likn to the item to read about it and to know if it comes with warranty before Jumia can even come in. He did not order through me, if i want to do anything i will need the direct link. This is why i usually say it is better to order through Jumia ahent that knows what he or she is doing to avoid some stories that touch.
