Samsung Told Me The Phone I Bought From Jumia Is A Fake China Device – Angry Man by great67: 2:37pm On May 13
A Lagos-based man is furious at Jumia e-commerce company over a fake phone that was sold to him as a Samsung phone from the official Jumia website.
Okoye Stanley said he bought a supposed “Samsung Galaxy A7 (2016)” with order number 372911546-9953 and IMEI 355010/07/858351/7 on March 1st 2018. Shortly after the phone arrived, it became partially blind such that he took it to a Samsung office for repair under warranty but he made a shocking discovery: the “Samsung” phone he paid for is actually a fake phone. He said he was not able to get a response from Jumia after contacting them on several platforms.

The phone is genuine and i have sold 3 so far without complains. It is cheap because it is from a major seller in China bypassing wholesalers and retailers and selling directly to buyer. Chat me up if interested in buying. The N35,500 price is from Jumia the, N40,000 is from a local independent vendor.

Fake products is a global problem. Items sold by Jumia is different from item sold by merchants on Jumia. It is people like you and me that list fake products online. Jumia is improving Quality Assurance process to curb incidence of fake products. Customers to need to research and read reviews before making orders.

I will recommend Tecno Spark, though it's 1G , but it will serve you very well, coz correct 2G start from 38k upward

I just searched for it then I selected the one with a low price. I think it is Aprilstory. The A1 lite is equally good. Less than 41k but it is sold at 65k for the Nigerian version sold in stores here.
It meets all my specifications and the battery is ok fot me. The screen has gorilla glass 3. The front camera also has a flash.

I laugh you...you are lucky! Go on facebook and read stories. There are some brands you can't sell on Jumia with license from manufacturer. Na reviews and research sure pass

Overall performance, I rate it 9/10. That's all I can say. Regarding the specifications, everything is correct as stated. The phone is worth every kobo spent on it.
