My sister, no be small thing o. I have been imagining those VE by doctors and labour pain ( the last experience keeps ringing in my brain) Different hands poking in there, hmmm. God help me with this one, I don't pray to go through it for the third time.

We shouldn't hesitate to call on our Doctors whenever we need any clarifications concerning any changes in our system/body. Adhere to your Dr's instructions, if you are not comfortable with some of their prescriptions, kindly seek for second opinion to be sure you are on the right lane.

Which part of Lagos are you? My former church City of David runs a charity shop called ITS NEW TO ME where you can buy baby and other household items for very little money.

Its at Dideolu crescent Oba Oniru estate Maroko Victoria island extension, besides Healing stripes Hospital.

You can check them out if interested or go to lawanson I hear theres an open market for used baby things there.

Place in a pot add about 2 or 3 cups of water cook till it boils well, take a cup first thing in the morning and last thing at night.

Try to drink it as hot as you can tolerate.

One wrap should last you for one week then you discard.
