I'm sure you know videos are very easy to edit with basic apps floating on the net.

All you need to do is trim the videos then merge them in preferential order. You can apply fade to the merge so it doesn't break during the merging process


What about the point where he said "Sorry" or where that guy in suit came to help him out?. Was it trimmed, faded and merged too?.

That's certainly not the IGP I know. He was perhaps under a spell. I know of a very learned and ever vocal man from my community that had a similar issue and even slumped on an occasion that demanded his usual oratorical prowess. Immediately he came on the podium that day, he started sweating and could not make a sensible statement until he slumped and rushed to the mobile ambulance.
