Video was obviously exaggerated. But yes he repeated the same words a couple of times but eventually so what. Everybody has some of fail at some point. It could be a thing Of The nerves. I believe the part where his aide was reading the speech for the IG to repeat was also doctored.

Can you also tell us if this video (laying of wreath) below was also doctored, you can clearly hear IG Idris being laughed at. The man is simply unfit and a QSB (Quota System beneficiary).
