contact someone dat can assist u in uploading the credentials and as per the work experience date, just let it be like dat. I will be normal after submitting ur application, so don't bother urself much about it

lol... just get a more sophisticated gadgets dat ur village people won't be able to penetrate after gaining employment to NPS.
in a nutshell, try and contact someone dat will assist u in completing the registration cos its better to do d registration very early. anything can happen waiting for dying min b4 doing it especially with dis dia bad and unstable site

Edit all your address to at least two words like location and state. I had similar issue but when I reduced my address, the page 3 showed.

This is not compulsory for everybody. it is for only people who are ready for it. and for your question, it shows the level of your involvement in this. I have a travel agency and i make use of this particular teaching hospital which i wont mention. I have been using them for over 3 years now. even if you need a medical report for NYSC redevelopment, i get from them too. So if you cannot help people, stop discouraging them.

When I applied (8th May) there was ASP 1 for masters, ASP 1 for engineering. I think another ASP 1 for physiology or something. Maybe they removed them. Anyway this is a screenshot of the top part of my reference form.

So what do we do now

After successfully uploading your documents, then click submit/preview.A page where you will see print ref form and profile will appear. Click on anyone you want to print. Do it one after the other and make sure your browser settings is POP Up ALLOWED
