Yes I agree with you that it's more honourable for him to resign especially now that he seems helpless, however I'll continue to blame Buhari because he has all it takes to arrest the situation but he fails to do the needful.

He cant just resign now because it is dangerous to our country.....Ieaving now will not make me a strong man...my prayer for you sir is to finish and finsih well

I wonder why some people are blaming Osinbajo, we all need to appreciate the fact that VP has limited power no matter how patriotic he is. I only blame Buhari, the Commander in Chief of Armed Forces of the federal republic of Nigeria who has all the security agencies under his command and deliberately allow the killings to continue because he wants to expand Fulani caliphate. May the blood of the innocent Nigerians killed by his Fulani foot soldiers forever hunt his generation.

I will always put humanity before religion.

As much as Christians are being killed, Muslims are being killed too. Why is no one condemning killings in general? undecided

Yemi Osibanjo swore to protect the life of Nigerians, not Christians only. MURIC and CAN should collectively hold these people responsible.

When person no talk because e no concern am, na so nobody go talk when e concern am.

look from Yemen to Iran and Iraq to Syria and the rest of the Arab world Muslims has continued to slaughter Muslims for stupid reasons and it's almost becoming a normal thing but for all Christians who are generally known to be lovers of peace, it is a sacrilege for a hungry skinny looking to Fulani herdsmen who are probably not a Nigerian to come into the country and kill people in the homeland and all the federal government does is give different excuses. Remember that even mayatti Allah claimed to be responsible for the killings and yet the dead soul in aso rock did not deem it fit to send the security agencies after them.
In this country Muslims should as a matter of fact keep their killings and madness in the domain. We are peace loving people and we do value human life.

The desperation of these Igbos sha. grin

None of you could have done any better under the circumstances. You only vilify the Prof because of his ethnicity. You fall over yourselves splitting hairs over the intent and meaning of his words. Una go tire. cheesy

That does not take away from the fact that he has shown to be the glue that binds warring member nations of this entity called Nigeria. His is a tough job and he is handling it well.

we are not blaming him but we want him to do the needful in times like this. persecution which we all know like case of Leah in order not to tarnish the image of Christianity. In times like this, he is suppose to step down in order not to rubbish his integrity as a pastor and Christian as a whole.Esther too took a bold step during her own time too

If VP resign today, the whole Nigeria will be affected because of his work in developing the country and building our nation's economy. VP is the most intelligent, vibrant, virile and competent leader that i have ever seen in the govt of this country since 1999... All the talks concerning to the killings of Christian is nothing but political criticism... We all know PYO is the vice president of this country and not Christian alone. And he has been there to address the issue and restore peace back to state with immediate effect and provision of security for the welfare of the people. May God open our eyes to see the light and not been blind to see the dark.
cheesy what type of brilliant man will choose to be vp of an illitrate<..?

God bless you. Personally I expect him to resign, because as it is now Buhari is now ready to stop the killings. I wonder why python has not dance in Benue the same way Buhari hurriedly sent python to crush Kanu.
