What does an auxiliary know about emergency nursing especially when doctors are not around,
Can an auxiliary nurse cope in intensive care nursing?
In rural primary health care centers where there are no or very little presence of doctors ,can an auxiliary work perform there,
That many of those PHC are existing are because of qualified and registered nurses.
What does an auxiliary know about child health?
Or ante natal management .
Can they carry out a sound epidemiological nursing management?
Even in labour room, can those auxiliary quacks handle minor complications,
I pity some pregnant women who allow these quacks to near them,
What do they know about principles of complicated wound management?
Do they know anything in toxicology?
Or can they understand anything in basic pharmacology.
Can they treat common ailments?
Or can they nurse a patient with a life threatening condition?


I can go on and on.
They are QUACKS!
There is a reason it is called Nursing science.
And it is offered fully in the University.

There is nothing wrong in a doctor referencing a literature in his phone or internet to check up the dosage of a drug or what so ever, especially when the dr is still fresh in practice.There are over hundreds of millions of drug dosages on earth and more come out everyday, so what is the big deal there.Or you expect him to cram all of them, it takes consistent use of some of those drugs to have the dosages of head for different age groups especially in paediatric cases.Is it not better that he checked up the dosage or reference a source to be sure instead of trying to be smart and do the wrong thing? For your information there is no heroism in medical practice.A good Dr is that Dr that knows his limits and knows when to pass the bucks.And, your child is sick and you have decided may be to visit a much younger Dr if at all the person you visited is a Dr and you are complaining that he is not experienced, why not visit a paediatrician, or a much older doctor or you couldn't afford it? I understand your problem.medicine is too versed, it is too versed my dear, it takes you to be dear to understand, forget about d so much noise being made abt malaria and typhoid, most of these malaria and typhoid patients diagnosed by people that also masqurade themselves as drs because that is the only diagnosis they know later come back to the doctor for adequate diagnosis and treatment except if the illness is self limiting.For your information no doctor knows it all or claims to know it all, please don't mistake there confidence for pride or arrogance. However, next time you can as well visit google to get treatment for your child instead of visiting the doctor, or even call ur relative abroad who may be a hospital attendant masqurading herself as a dr to you.

Whenever the issue of doctors is raised, people like you are always in a haste to jump out from there cocoon and start masturbating with it because it gives you a rare kind of orgasm you hardly experience from your spouse, its quite understandable anyway. When I was in the university we use to have this mentality that law students and engineering students are too proud,and funny enough some of us avoided them until I came very close to many of them and discovered that it was inferiority complex at work.They were not trained to be proud, they were only being very confident and authoritative, even though some were still very arrogant, but it was just there nature and had nothing to do with there career.Same goes with medical doctors. Funny enough, when people meet tye dr from afar, they see him as a very proud person, and any step you take is seen as such, and they want you to stoop so low to please them, it doesnt happen that way, when you decide to suffer from inferiority complex, the other person will automatically develop superiority complex. People like you that have decided to have so much hatred for doctors even though you desire that your child will grow up to become one, will never present to the hospital in time but will keep on jumping from one chemist shop to another patronising quacks, when the case gets complicated, you will start expecting the doctor to do magic at odd hours with little or no facilities that your government has failed to provide, and I am sure you can't afford to visit a standard private hospital because, if you can, you wont be here typing trash.

Keep your kudos. You are inconsequential. Your hatred for doctors can give you psychosocial disorders if care is not taken. Doctors will ALWAYS be respected even if you don't respect them. Many procedures have been carried out here in Nigeria but because you are not informed, you won't know anything. Heart surgery, neurosurgery, renal transplant, different kinds of oral and maxillofacial surgeries, IVFs have been carried out successful. This is another one. You are here spewing trash. Yes, I said it no doctor knows it all, that is why there are specialties, subspecialties and even superspecialties in medicine.Like I said earlier, it takes an initiated to understand the dynamics of medical practice. Patients like you should also learn to present to the hospital in time and not coming to wake me up at night at very odd hours after jumping from prayer house to chemist to nursing home to a lab before finally coming to die in my hands so that you will get a death certificate.Patients like you should also comply with requests for very complex investigations I need to wrap up my diagnosis and not expecting me to do magic with the doctored laboratory results you get from a one store roadside laboratory technologist, patients like you should also be ready to move to the next referral centre once I discover that your case is beyond what I can handle in my facility and not dragging your feet because of money. I agree that there is no organisation without bad eggs, there are proud lawyers, there re proud nurses, there are proud engineers, there re very proud celebrities.Listen, pride has to do with the nature of the individual, there re proud doctors and there are also very humble doctors, so many of them.the problem with you is that you already have it programmed in your skull that virtually every nigerian doctor is proud and you move around with that mentality, these drs re also human beings with there own so much personal challenges and when you meet one especially one that has been chronically fatigued, because of ur mindset, you start developing inferiority complex and as i said later, wen you do so the person automatically develops superiority complex.
The problem with Nigerians like you is that you think the drs are your problem, and you dissipate all your energy insulting doctors, yet these guys have little or nothing to work with, the government has failed woefully in healthcare, basic facilities can't be found in government hospitals, and the private hospitals that manage to get those things are in for business and wnt render it at a cheaper rate, an average Nigerian cannot comfortable afford a standard health care, sometimes you watch your patient die in agony simply because you are handicapped, its so depressing, some drs go as far as helping out patients with there own personal money.But foolish people like you think doctors are the problem.What a country!!!As that your relative abroad that's if there is actually any, and he will tell you that some investigations that is seen as luxury here llke ct scan, MRI are just basic investigations over there, yet, some people can hardly afford to do E/u/cr here as fast as possible for you to take more decicions on there head, yet when they die, the relatives will blame the doctor.Now, when you come to government hospitals everybody expects the doctor to work diligently and effuciently yet when you walk into an immigration office to get your passport or frsc office to get your driving license it wil take donkey years to move your file from one office to another.As for your collaboration with other health workers, let me not delve into that matter because I am not used to such argument, you seem so far away from the reality so delving into that with you will tantamount to jumping steps.

The word quack doctor is used to classify those ppl that are not trained to be doctors but masqurade themselves as doctors because they borrowed some elective preclinical courses, or because they did some faculty wide courses and assume they have known it all and can do what the doctor can do.They are those ones you prefer to meet when you are sick because of your low self esteem and when you meet them they seem so humble and operate at the same level of inferiority with you, they are the quack doctors including also the patent medicine dealers, nd the ppl that sell one herb that cure all the diseases both physical and spiritual, they are the quack drs, however, there are still very good and wonderful pharmacists, nurses, radiographers, med lab scientist/technologists/technicians, medical records officers, ward attendants, there are still many good and wonderful ones among them, and when you see them they know there lanes, and they are very happy and very successful in there careers, they are much in number even more than the noise makers, its just the empty vessels that make the most noise.

Thunder fire johesu with their evil plan to kill Nigerians to achieve consultant and cmd title. Shey, pharmacists said they can do all, I can imagine a pharmacist conducting this operation.

Seems they weren't allowed to lock pharmacy, lab and other vital equipment hence their strike is innefective over there. When hunger sets in, they will start suspending strike in some LGAs.
