It is not poor!
It's sweat pants and T-shirt, very casual outfit for when you're working out or doing random things.
Not necessarily church outfit but the church was wrong to send him out, God is more interested in the heart and not our outfits.

A Young man was shamed and Bounced out from a Popular Church in Lagos after he reportedly wore the dress you see below, Now according to his friend who shared the photo his page, the guy arrived church as per normal Sunday thing, then the Ushers bounced him out on reason that the outfit is not normal, He said the church is located in Lekki.

You can't dress like this to see a local government chairman not to talk of seeing a governor in this but they think its proper to dress to the presence of the Most High like this. If he had suitcase on him, he would have been allowed in or perhaps if he had flashed a premium car brand keys. They won't only accompany him inside but also find a conducive place for him and clean the chair

I think some of these churches are in the era of bouncing innocent people to look good. I am not sure Jesus bounced anybody from hearing the word of God, rather he appealed to the Christian within them

When they start sermonizing known criminals publicly, I'll take them serious.

I strongly doubt if davido or wizkid wud b bounced outta d church in same attire..besides,i thought d church ought to b a custodian of morals& values.y chase him out wen u can welcome him in & try to reorientate him..also,what if dats his best clothes in his wardrobe,so person wey no get clothes no fit enter church again ba..na wa oo

The church is for everyone. Accepts then convert.

Church is for the converted. The willing.

"Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new." (2 Corinthians 5:17).

U cannot claim to be a Christian if people cannot ''behold'' the difference between you and an unbeliever on the street.
