I am waiting for your adorable Kenyan middle and low income suburbs.

This is Surulere, a large suburb of Lagos. We know they are box houses. This is where typical low middleclass and low income Nigerians live.
Let's see that of Kenya.

Theseare not the poorest Nigerians lol. The poorest Nigerians live in areas like Makoko. These are the average Nigerians. Comparable to Kenyans living in places like Langata, Donholm, Buruburu and Nairobi West.

Buruburu

Nairobi West

Donholm

Ojulegba is a freaking slum for goodness sake, not the average(middle class)

You do realize you're contradicting your friend.............he posted that video here over five times boasting about how decent Surulere is and how Nairobi middle class estates can't match it. He posted photos of houses with very high rent claiming that's where your middle class and poor live. The houses I'm posting are even cheaper than those he posted. grin grin grin

Use your common sense. The foreground is Nairobi West - midlle income. The Background is Upperhill, Commercial district.

Golly, the man said Surulere is mixed income with low income and (lower) middle class income.

You seem confused: Surulere is more like a district in Lagos with different neighborhoods in it
Ojulegba is a neighborhood in Surulere that's obviously low-income. There are other neighborhoods that are more (lower) middle income

Here are some pics of other neighborhoods in Surulere:

The drone video shows mostly low middleClass neighborhoods or would you say the houses in this first picture are high middle class houses?

How different is this first picture from the drone video and the 2nd and 3rd pictures from lower income homes of the same Surulere?

The only major difference I see is that the first picture features a lawn garden at the centre and looks neater while the others do not.

How many cities does Kenya even have ? grin
Nigerian cities are Unifromly slum like low income areas starting from Uyo and below.
ESPECIALLY Kano and Ibadan!!!Ibadan reminds me of Bombolulu in Mombasa actually.

Hasnt a picture showing Kariobangi, Tena and Innercore been postedLast I checked those ARE lower Income estates by the Kenyan definition.
Any Nairobian will tell you that in Eastlands, North of Buruburu is all low income until you reach Kasarani in Nairobi's far North. East of Buruburu, even from the picture, only a part of Umoja is middle income(Close to Outering). Innercore and Tena(especially given the congestion since 2010) are NOT middle income!!
Look at the picture again!!!

So, no little Indian here can show us suburbs where low middleclass and low income Kenyans live?

So, apart from the slums in Nairobi, the CBD and the estates where rich Indians and whites dominate, nothing else?
I would like to know which Indians and Whites have ever lived in:
Buruburu
Donholm
Langata
Kasarani
And the last time Whites lived in Kilimani and Kileleshwa was 1963, the land was taken over by the government and given to the Kenyan political class who have in turn sold it to Middle class Kenyans.
Indians form a majority in only three estates; Ngara West, Parklands and Westlands. Outside of this zone, they form pockets in South C. They have ceased to live in Pangani except for the zone around Pangani Police and are a minority in Ngara East(which is a low income neighbourhood)
Whites form a majority only in three areas, Karen,Gigiri and Benhard. Even Muthaiga today has a black majority with the likes of the former president and the former governor living there.
Everywhere else Africans predominate, be it high end estates like Runda(which was a coffee farm in the colonial era and so you cannot claim white people live there. To see pictures of the place, google Vera Sidika's house in Runda. Many celebrities like Size8 also live in Runda). Some of the most expensive houses in Kenya are in Runda. Windsor Apartments go for a DAILY rate of sh 13,000 or sh 46,000.
They are owned by the Michuki family. A black African family.
Kitsuru DOES have a large European population, but once again, they are a minority today. Lavington has virtually no Europeans today as half of it has been converted to apartments which White people dislike living in.
estates like Nyari,New Muthaiga, Loresho Ridge, New Karen, present day Spring Valley and what remains of Upper Hill estate has no Whites. What most of you fail to realise is that Nairobi has an extremely large middle class and your information on Nairobi was last updated in 1966, clearly.

what you kenyans dont understand is,nigerians dont tolerate slums....

slums get destroyed over and over again....they are always at risk to be demolished by the goverment.....

Let's compare upper hill roads to Uyo. I alredy showed u uyo which u refered to as uniformly slum.

Now let's see upper hill

just outside coco cola headquarters:

ugly, dirty, chaotic roads compared to Uyo. Yes i know there may be a few outliers, there are likely some clean, beautiful streets in Upper hill.

Lets take it from sky level.

poor landscaping here (remmeber we're comparing to Uyo,not a major Nigerian city) :

If u want we can also compare Uyo(lesser known city in Nigeria) to a lesser known city in Kenya if u don't like the comparison to the the great upper hill of Nairobi

Comparing Nairobi to Lagos is like comparing darkness n light.Lagos gotta to do more bleaching.Calabar looks like half decent city you find in kenya...not horrible like most of Nigeria cities that boast of one or two highways and complete lack of infrastructure inside the cities.

Looking for the receipts on uni education Dangoteland and Kenya. Ofc,we're ahead on the per capita and quality but I can't find anything
def!

In total, there are around 150 private and public universities in Nigeria, with a capacity to carry 600,000 students. For a country with 180 million people, 62% of them 24 or younger, that’s nowhere near enough.
https://qz.com/915618/only-one-in-four-nigerians-applying-to-university-will-get-a-spot/

Here we have 50 unis, private and public and IIRC at least 400,000 students. i can't find anything definite for both of us-rvp20182,can you find smth and break it down per capita?
