Naturally, there is a prey-predator relationship between rodent and python.

I earlier said the place seems like Ozamagala road but not wide enough to be Ozamagala road.
The pix is only showing us the back of the place and not even Ozamagala road which is always very busy.
OP said it was from DMGS to Main market, is that the route?
