The Polish Defense Ministry has just confirmed that they are willing to pay the US up to $2 billion for a permanent Military Presence

Defense Ministry officials say that there is a “clear and present need” for Poland to have a permanent US armored division in their country, and that they are willing to help defray the cost of deployment with the money. They say this will make the deployment more “cost effective.”

Trumps influence is not growing anywhere. Poland is afraid of Russian expansionist tendencies. Putin is on his last term in office he might try a few tricky moves in the next few years. Poland is looking our for its own interest and they would have done this same thing if anybody was US President

Why are you always barking into discuss without first understanding the elements at play? Extensive CIA operations were in top gear in Georgia in 2008 when the Russian forces roll over them. Guess who spore them on to attack first: America, and at the end, they were simply abandoned.

If Poland like, let them have 50,000 US forces on ground, it won't change the equation if push comes to shove. What is happening in Syria now should be an eye opener.
