Bloggers can lie, How can a 15yrs old allowed some one to shave his or her private hair

We were asked to shave during our school football days,some coaches of the teams we were to play usually argue that we had hairs so we must be over aged so our coach asked us to shave I guess something like that is what happened here,but the problem is that times has changed,Nigerians now view everything as diabolic or ritualistic,a rotten nation.
