Scientist who said the earth was round were burnt at stake. Learned people who invented tech to print Bible in poplular European languages (except Latin) did not have it easy in Europe.

Religion has opposed vaccination & contraception for ages now. And we know the consequences.

There is a BIG battle currently going on. Some Pentecostal churches are telling their chronically ill brethren to stop taking life saving medicines for diabetes, high blood pressure, etc. That they have been healed miraculously. We are losing people as young as in their 40s to kidney disease, heart attack and stroke as a result even among Pentecostal church members here in Europe.

I know this first hand, not told. So dude ignorance is no excuse. Find out if you want to know.
