True, the dirt cheap brands are MTK's biggest clients but now because Oppo and Vivo are big, their brand image Is definitely going to get better.

I lowkey expected Xiaomi to release a p60 variant of an already existing model.

Nokia has been adopting MTK lately.

I don't believe in snapdragon monopoly, that's not doing end users any good.

Nah, the thing is most people living in Europe and north American would opt for op6 ahead of the mi 8. Oxygen Os is the closest to stock Android and it also has some little jara. The op6 also have the advantage of supporting close to 45 lte global bands and same can't be said of the mi 8.

The only thing this mi 8 killed is the mi mix 2s.

... Mediatek no get lvls joor. Throttling, inconsistencies, lifespan, gpu.. It's all rubbish with mediatek. Make mediatek close shop abeg. There's a reason why the top phones don't use them on their flagships...

I strongly agree, very true. My 5A Prime doesn't close apps at all as long as the battery isn't down or the phone off.

But that ain't the case for my 5 Plus , it closes my background apps once in a while.

I think this has BN fixed on the recent ROM. Observation so far is that, ucweb, WhatsApp , AliExpress and Chrome (basic apps I use daily) don't force close when I open them... Apps like Facebook, word office force close.

I think there has to be a setting to increase priority for other apps so as to avoid force close.

thank you my brother, can she just ask herself why is she d only one complaining here. Because I have more than 15 customers on this thread. She had a problem with her wallet and I ask her to send a screenshot of her data balance so we can sort her number out. But the number in the screenshot does not tally with her number, meaning I am unable to remove from that wallet and her into another. I also ask to provide another number so I can her data but she said she doesn't have. Now I have settled to refund her money. I don't scam people. Business has its ups and downs and am not offended in are statement. I wish one two other persons here can say the same, then you can conclude. Thanks once again for asking, you'd shown maturity.

Are they trying to be like TECNO ni.. Just in less than 4months, they've released over 5 phones

I was about selling my phone to get the Note 5 when I saw another Latest M something again.. KILODE!!!

Lastly, Xiaomi should try and be unique with their designs , I am tired of people asking me if the phone I am using is IPHONE or SAMSUNG

It seems Xiaomi and other phones are clueless on designs and are always waiting on Apple and Samsung to release designs before copying...

Please... I typed ..nothing but the truth.mind you , I am a XIAOMITE

Don't argue My post like you're being paid to market Xiaomi

Thanks baba mi. I have fixed it by locking those opened apps in memory. Even these ones you mentioned (office, word, e.t.c) are now working well without closing. I'm happy though!

TBH, they need to refresh their designs. All their phones are becoming too damn identical. Would really love to see something different.
