If he his acquitted upon appeal, and with documentary evidence reviewed, then I must say he remains innocent of the charge. The other 5 accused have been found liable and their trial will continue. 4 Likes |

That's why EFCC charges them to different courts. Akpobolokemi still has an outstanding trial for a separate issue at a Federal High court . By the way, he was found guilty of trying to pervert the course of justice by Justice Raliat Adebiyi. https://www.vanguardngr.com/2018/05/absence-convicted-san-stalls-trial-akpobolokemi-others/ 6 Likes 1 Share |

An almost open and short case of corrupt enrichment buggled by the prosecution, yet again. Can't remember the EFCC losing this number of high profile cases under OBJ or YarAdua. Watch him join APC and call Buhari the next best thing after shoprite bread. 1 Like |

The world is a small place, the judge is my friends mum, she always delivers landmark judgement like in the Mimiko case I don't understand why there was a media trial and the EFCC had to bungle the case. 1 Like 1 Share |
