Acquitted means he didn't steal the fund he was alleged to have stolen.

Have you asked yourself what if he didn't steal it?

He looted. You pay to get lacklustre prosecution. The judges would rather the money come to them but the prosecutors are the ones with the four aces. Some generous prosecutors do cut the judges some percentages.

Since you don't understand English lemme help you ..the Judgement means no 2.6 billion Naira is missing anywhere and the man was only being victimised by a vindictive govt all the while

Actually it means he has been acquitted however there are 5 other defendants who *have a case to answer.

Someone has it and we'll get to the root of it. He may we'll get betrayed by the others yet if he was involved; the others may snitch him out

"the Judgement means no 2.6 billion Naira is missing"? But the five other defendants were not discharged, as the appellate court upheld Justice Buba’s verdict that they had a case to answer.‎

Why did the court say the other defendants have a case to answer if no money is missing?

6 people were involved in a case, you acquit one but the other 5 has a case to answer.

I mean what’s wrong with our judiciary?

That's why EFCC charges them to different courts.

Akpobolokemi still has an outstanding trial for a separate issue at a Federal High court .

By the way, he was found guilty of trying to pervert the course of justice by Justice Raliat Adebiyi.

Oga,we al know that man looted the said money but efcc may have tendered unsatisfactory evidence or the judge was bribed from the proceeds of the loot.finally,it will get to the apex court which would likely rule that he has a case to answer base on the court's antecedent

So his fronts will continue facing trial and be jailed, while he walks free because there is no evidence they passed bungs to him in the back?

He probably took everything in cash, so it is the guys whose accounts were used that face charges.
